GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a "no charge" replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage in the case of international orders) to us for assessment.

We accept American Express, Diner's Club, Discover, MasterCard & Visa (via the Paypal Payment Wallet). We also accept Paypal. If you use a credit card, it will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

Shipping Policy
Courier/Shipping  charges resulting from incorrect shipping information will be charged to customer, please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.

Domestic Shipping
All Shipments within Cyprus will be sent by either by DATA Post or first Class Mail   from the Cyprus Postal Authority. The shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed in the shopping cart before you checkout. Upon shipment you will receive an email confirming your package was sent and instructions on how to track the progress of your shipment via the Cyprus Postal Service Website http://ips.cypruspost.gov.cy/ipswebtrack/.

Orders shipped by First Class Mail are not trackable. In addition, this level of service does not provide Proof of Delivery, and by selecting this service you are waiving our requirement to provide your credit provider proof of delivery incase the package is not delivered for any reason – all risk of delivery is borne by purchaser with the selection of this level of service.

International Shipping
We will choose the best priced option for your international shipping order. We work closely with internationally recognized couriers such as UPS and DHL.  The shipping charges for all options will be automatically calculated and displayed online before you confirm your order. 

Different countries vary in regards to customs duties.  Many will not charge any duties at all for shipments from Cyprus.  However, any and all Customs Duties and Taxes that are levied will be the responsibility of the customer.  The declared value of our shipments will be for the value of the products only, shipping costs will not be included.

UPS/DHL - Upon shipment you will receive an email with instructions on how to track the progress of your shipment via www.ups.com or www.dhl.com

Although, more expensive than Cyprus Postal Service options, we highly recommend this shipment method due to its speed of delivery, tracking capability and guaranteed delivery dates.  Especially during peak holiday periods!
